Kazandra Munoz – Massage therapist

I am a deeply empathetic person, known for my attentive listening skills and my kindness towards others. My passion for counselling and well-being naturally led me to the field of massage therapy.

Each session is, for me, an opportunity to create a safe space where the person can fully relax and reconnect with their body.

I offer an integrated approach that combines different techniques tailored to each treatment according to your needs and goals, for a personalized service.

I firmly believe that the body and mind are intimately connected, and that stress—whether mental, emotional, or physical, often manifests in the body as tension. Through a slow, enveloping, and mindful touch, I invite the body to release these tensions at its own pace. I believe that softness and slowness allow us to reach therapeutic depth, without pain.

It is truly a privilege for me to serve others and support them on their journey toward greater well-being. I strongly believe that everyone deserves to feel good in their body, mind, and soul. And this is what I am fully invested in my practice.

Deeply passionate about my work, I continuously evolve my practice and commit to ongoing professional development to better accompany you.

Looking forward to meeting you.

My Techniques

Swedish massage

Practiced on a massage table with oil

Swedish massage involves a combination of maneuvers performed segment by segment across the entire body, focusing primarily on soft tissues : muscles, tendons, fascia, and skin.

It promotes both physical and mental relaxation and is particularly effective in reducing stress, relieving muscle tension and enhancing blood circulation, resulting in a general feeling of well-being.

Fasciatherapy

Practiced on a massage table without oil.

Fascia therapy is a gentle approach aimed at releasing myofascial restrictions (myo = muscles, fascia = connective tissues) through light pressure and tissue stretching. Connective tissues envelop, support, and connect the entire body.

This approach is based on attentive listening to the body and respect for its responses. It is recognized for its ability to relieve persistent tension, improve tissue mobility and calm the nervous system.

Lymphatic drainage

Practiced on a massage table without oil.

Lymphatic drainage is a gentle and rhythmic approach designed to stimulate the circulation of lymph, the fluid that flows through our body to transport certain waste products and support the body’s natural defenses.

It helps decongest tissues, reduce swelling, and promote better lymphatic circulation.

This approach is recognized for its draining effects, its ability to strengthen the immune system and to calm the nervous system.

Aromatherapy

Aromatherapy involves the use of essential oils for the purposes of prevention, relief, well-being and relaxation. In massage therapy, it can be applied through diffusion or topically (by applying a few drops of essential oil directly to the skin or by incorporating them into the massage oil or gel).

Essential oils have recognized therapeutic properties. They are carefully selected according to your specific needs to enhance muscle relaxation, calm the mind and revitalize the body, offering a treatment that is even more effective and personalized.

Rhythmic oscillation

Massage technique without oil.

Rhythmic oscillations are a gentle technique based on simple, rhythmic movements that can be applied to the entire body. These movements create deep sensations that are transmitted to the central nervous system.

This technique allows the nervous system to sense tensions and blockages in the body, facilitating their natural release. It is recognized for its calming effects, promoting deep relaxation, enhanced body awareness, and an overall sense of letting go.

Trigger Points

Massage technique without oil.

“Trigger Points” is a technique that targets localized areas of muscle tightness, which are often sensitive to pressure and frequently cause radiating pain.

This approach involves precisely identifying these points of tension in order to stretch and release the affected muscle fibers. It is recognized for its effectiveness in relieving persistent muscle pain.
